Meet Our Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
We are a small but mighty team at Zubkoff Law, committed to providing efficient, high-quality legal services to every client we serve. Our clients are more than cases to us—they are family.
Our team’s roots span the globe, with connections to the Philippines, Germany, Mexico, Bulgaria, Argentina, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, giving us a truly global perspective in everything we do.
OUR VISION
Relentless advocacy with a human-centered approach—because keeping families together is personal.
Kelsey Zubkoff is a nationally recognized attorney and the Founder and Managing Attorney of Zubkoff Law. Throughout her career, she has helped over 4,000 clients across all 50 states and in more than 111 countries achieve lawful status and build stable lives in the United States. Her work has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, and USA Today, and she has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for three consecutive years (2024–2026)—an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in each state.

Before focusing on immigration law, Kelsey was a seasoned trial attorney who secured over $28.5 million in verdicts and settlements, representing thousands of plaintiffs and defending major corporations in high-stakes, catastrophic insurance litigation. This rare experience on both sides of the courtroom shaped her strategic, results-driven advocacy and continues to inform her approach to complex legal matters.

Kelsey founded Zubkoff Law to deliver accessible, high-quality legal services with a human-centered approach. The firm serves clients all over the world, with matters spanning the United States and countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. In addition to representing many couples featured on 90 Day Fiancé, Kelsey also advises clients connected to major platforms including Netflix, Love Island, and MTV, earning a reputation for guiding highly visible and carefully scrutinized cases with discretion, precision, and care.

While best known for her immigration work—particularly family-based petitions, waivers, appeals, and complex adjustment cases—Kelsey has expanded her practice to include Trusts and Estates and uncontested family divorce matters. This expansion allows her to support clients through multiple stages of life, offering continuity, stability, and thoughtful legal planning beyond immigration alone.

Kelsey has been honored as a Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient and is widely known for stepping in when cases have stalled or failed—often as a second, third, or even fourth attorney—and being the final advocate who brings clarity, momentum, and successful resolution. Her firm is recognized for tackling difficult cases others turn away.

As the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, Kelsey’s work is deeply personal. Her mother immigrated from the Philippines, and her grandmother—a Holocaust survivor—became a U.S. citizen in the 1940s. That original citizenship document hangs in her office as a daily reminder of what is at stake. Kelsey is especially passionate about family unity, DACA recipients, and providing affirming representation to the LGBTQ+ community.

At Zubkoff Law, clients are never treated as case numbers. The firm is known for its compassion, transparency, and relentless advocacy—and for celebrating approvals with genuine joy. Kelsey and her team are deeply invested in every client’s success, because for them, the goal is not just approval, but peace of mind, security, and a future together.
