OUR VISION
Kelsey Zubkoff is a dedicated attorney who has helped over 3,700 clients throughout her career. As a skilled trial attorney, she has secured over $28.5 million in verdicts and settlements while assisting hundreds of clients in attaining legal status in the United States. Before focusing on immigration law, Kelsey represented thousands of plaintiffs and defended major corporations in catastrophic insurance cases, gaining experience on both sides of the courtroom. Her passion is helping people succeed, and she strives to ensure success is the only outcome.
Kelsey founded Zubkoff Law to provide affordable, expert immigration services, guiding clients across the U.S. in 48 states and internationally in over 105 countries, including Italy, the Philippines, the UK, Nigeria, Pakistan, Egypt, Thailand, Vietnam, Jamaica, China, and more. She represents many clients featured on the TV show 90 Day Fiancé and is set to appear on some spin-offs as well, having gained recognition for helping these couples navigate the complex immigration process and build a life together in the United States.
Kelsey was honored with the 40 Under 40 award by the Phoenix Business Journal and named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to top legal talent under 40 or with less than 10 years of practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in each state receive this honor, making Kelsey’s achievements even more remarkable.
As the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, with her mother from the Philippines and her grandmother a Holocaust survivor, Kelsey is committed to uniting families and making immigration accessible. Her grandmother’s 1940s citizenship hangs in her office as a daily reminder of her mission. Kelsey has built a strong, compassionate team that is deeply invested in each client’s success. At Zubkoff Law, our team will cry tears of joy for your victories, as you truly become part of our family. She is particularly passionate about family-based cases and supporting DACA recipients in achieving security and stability in the U.S. Zubkoff Law is a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community. Kelsey has guided thousands of clients through waivers, appeals, and some of the most complex immigration challenges. Often stepping in as the second, third, or even fourth attorney for a client, Kelsey is committed to being the last stop on their journey—bringing clarity, relief, and ultimately, success.
